The team around me are some of the smartest people I have had the pleasure of working with. There is a high bar to work at Qualtrics but it is worth the process to get the people we work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an amazing workforce who are all working towards the same goal and all of the work environments globally reflect a fast growing and highly productive team. Just look at our office photos and you'll see what I'm talking about!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, the culture, the product and the customers we work with. No day is the same and success is achieved almost on a daily basis. It's a challenging yet rewarding place to be and a once in a lifetime opportunity to grow a tech company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team are an amazing group who are completely transparent with the organisation and are all in, in terms what they believe the business can achieve and that the lofty goals they are looking for are and continually will be met by a smart and competitive workforce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package is above market value and includes stocks in the company so that everyone is driving towards the same goals. Including all thing tech companies get theses days, free lunches, top of the line healthcare etc. we also get an experience bonus to take a trip every year. Amazing!
