I like the fact that they really make an effort to be as transparent with us as they can while still acting in the company's best long term interests.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no true annual raises. Compensation is relatively low even for external hires to high level roles. To just understand why we have the level of slaray we do compared to other companies like us would be a start to make us feel better about compensation.
