Most of the people you work with are very smart and capable but also fun
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits tend to get better every year, and the company covers healthcare premiums. Salaries are good for Utah
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of hype and new things happening. The change can be too much sometimes but at least we're always moving.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More quality control. We like to sell fast, ship product fast, implement fast, support fast...we're big enough now that we really need to put more emphasis on doing things right rather than just fast.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had it very easy compared to others. We require way too many interviews. It's not uncommon to have someone go though half a dozen interviews just to get blocked last-minute because a high-level manager or exec didn't like something on their resume.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More background diversity in hiring, especially in management. We have way too many people who all went to the same schools, worked for the same companies, and think that they know everything without bothering to learn. Have more respect for your people who have been around for years.
