
We have some teams that just don't prioritize internal comms at all, which means they will repeat work or feel left out of "the know" and I'd love to see that attitude change.
The overall package has been designed with balance in mind. But there are still big peaks - we can claim an experience bonus every year after we've been here for 12 months. I think that's pretty unique.

The people I work with. They are awesome. They bring energy and creativity to the space we work, and they are so smart. There's not one person that I don't enjoy working with at some point in time.
They live out our values. They are passionate advocates of this business and thus of each of us. They expect great results because they believe they've hired great people, and they treat as such. They are also incredibly approachable human beings.
They are good humans in the first instance. They throw themselves into being great at their jobs, but if you're having a bad day they'll go all in to bring you up. They're honest but kind, and we're all working together.
The vast majority of people are consciously thinking about the culture and environment. Whether that's encouraging specific pieces of it, taking an active part in creating it, or reminding others about their role in creating culture and environment it's not a passive activity here.
Though I felt like I was definitely being interviewed, I felt like the process was setup to find a good solution for both me and the company. It wasn't a grilling for the sake of it - the team was legitimately seeking the best person for my role.
