I liked how honest everyone was. There was no hard sell of the company.

The people, the food, the environment, the dogs, the smiles, the laughter, the kindness, and excitement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
#Oneteam. Nobody ever says, "that's not my job" everyone in the building comes together to get stuff done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're like a family. I look forward to coming to work everyday to hang out with my friends in the department. Everyone is so smart and kind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication and Transparency. Nothing here catches me by surprise. If there's something I need to fix, I'm told immediately. There's no waiting until your employee evaluation to find out problem areas and areas of improvement. There are also no company changes without us being told.
