No company is perfect, but this is the best employee experience I've had at any company. They really do see me as a person and not just an employee. That to me makes up for whatever minor flaws there might be in the organization.

I got to meet a lot of people from my department including the department head. Helped give me a good scope of my role and feel like everyone on the team cared about who got hired.
