They are super transparent about everything. They also make great decisions for our organization
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We really embody "that's not my job" and help each other as much as possible

It had a lot of great opportunities to meet people and looked at the whole person
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the time off package: vacation, sick days, and an experience bonus to actually go on vacations
