We are really starting to focus on our D&I efforts. This year, we started many new chapters of our employee resource groups all over the world. We also have metrics in our company goals to foster a more inclusive work environment.
They set large goals and help us drive to achieve them. They are always thinking about the long game, which makes the company better. They always keep the employees in mind and do everything they can to do what's right by us.
When I can get a group of people together to work on a project that's really important to all of us, and important for the company, but not necessarily part of our core roles. It shows passion and excitement to be working here and everyone wants to contribute to our success.
