So transparent, they will overshare to make sure all employees are aligned with updates & goals. It's amazing.

Everyone is on the same team - we're all working towards the same big bets so it makes it exciting but not competitive or cut-throat

I love the value of our equity. I see it pay off time and time again and it's definitely a long term incentive that keeps me excited to be at Qualtrics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy is unmatched. I've been at Qualtrics for years and I haven't lost the energy myself, nor have I seen a decline in energy or interest from my long-term co-workers. We love the work we do, we believe in our products, and it definitely fuels us for the long term.
