What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we can create a "work family" through social events and company bonding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about the vision of Qualtrics and they make sure to put both the employees and customers ideas at the forefront!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we have the opportunity for semiannual bonuses (BUT I dont like how much red tape and barriers there are in order to get a promotion or raise)
