Ryan is an excellent CEO, who has a very clearly defined vision of XM and how to bring it to the world.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Diversity at Qualtrics could stand to gain /a lot/ - Qualtrics has Diversity & Inclusion goals we're working towards, but refuses to go out of it's way to specifically recruit minorities (such as recruiting at all-women colleges or HBCUs)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our CTO and CExO ("Chief Experience Officer") do a poor job at keeping the Engineering division aligned on the Qualtrics mission, and at securing resources for Product and Engineering teams. Qualtrics as a whole sells itself as a technology company, when in reality we are absolutely a sales company.
