Commitment to the employees as people and doubling down on that in hard times instead of forgetting about it when inconvenient like some organizations do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to solve a number of complex and changing problems on a regular basis and I get to add value to any aspect of the company I feel could use my expertise.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay scale is above the median & mean for my skill set, location, and experience and our bonus schedule offers meaningful incentives with less politics in the valuation of work than I have seen almost anywhere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong effort to be inclusive and from the top down a committed drive to following up and making meaningful changes when new areas of concern are brought to their attention. Additionally it does NOT feel like I am working for a frat house.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although I am on a smaller team, they have a broad range of experience and expertise. Further, they are simply great people to spend time with. Finally there is a strong desire across the whole organization to keep personalities and culture in mind throughout the hiring process to keep in that way
