What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone cares about each other, not afraid to step in and help out, no one is worried if it's not their job, it's all of our jobs and we get things done. Also everyone on my team is hilarious.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no true annual raises. Compensation is relatively low even for external hires to high level roles. To just understand why we have the level of slaray we do compared to other companies like us would be a start to make us feel better about compensation.
