Overall I had a good experience in terms of learning new things and being able to innovate. But in terms of dev culture and cowrokers being easy to work with, I have not had a good experience.

Clear goals and communications. Overall a trustworthy team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things. That is the only thing that makes me happy. Also being able to innovate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good compensation but benefits aren't as good as other places. Not enough vacation. You cannot accrue vacation. Have to use them by the year end. Not that many perks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is super opinionated at Qualtrics, which is good and bad. Could create a lot of friction. The dev culture is not very great. There is lack of enough industry experience and they do not follow industry standard of coding and design.
