What is the best part about your compensation package?
The catered lunches, snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. in the office were great, but since we have gone remote we are missing this piece of the compensation package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the time I feel that leaders are pretty open, transparent, and receptive to new ideas. I like this because it makes me feel that me and my opinions are valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am on is actually really close. I enjoy the friendships I have built on my team and through my job. I look forward to getting to chat with my teammates.
