I feel like my salary is very competitive. It helps me appreciate the work I am doing and to value my time and the time of others.

Often overworked as month nears its end to ensure deadlines are met.

I feel like my salary is under the average copywriter, let alone senior copywriter, for the Chicago market. It's not too much under the average, just slightly.

Everyone is very understanding and considerate. In my department, there is good work life balance that allows for great conversation and team building

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The WFH policy is very nice. I like coming into the office when there is an event or gathering, and being able to stay home most days!
