Working with my team makes me the most happy. It's nice to work together to ship new features and see it out in the world.

They're working hard to keep up with the market for existing employees, it makes us feel like we don't have to find a new job to get better pay when market salaries go up.

I love that they see as as people! They have a vision to improve real estate for the better, and they know that retention of good team members and a great work environment are ways to get there.
