I'm very happy with my role at RDC and the prospect of growing my knowledge and career

Generally very positive. However, we need to focus more. For example, our Big Bets are too large and there is no clear indicator when we would have achieved them. It feels we're trying to much instead of swarming around the biggest challenges first (such as data quality and accessibility)
