the company cares about you as a person. When things are happening they tend to listen and be aware. They also encourage you to move up or be the best employee you can be

the insurance. I would believe everyone would work better without the tiers or metrics but I do understand the competition and understanding of hitting numbers

We are small and are able to get along but if one person comes with an attitude it spreads to the rest of the team
