I couldn't have better things to say about what we're doing here at RDC. We have a dynamic group of individuals who have impressive resumes that simply show up to do what comes naturally to them. They step up to mentor & provide feedback that allows us to plan for both short and long term goals!

Interacting with a range of coworkers and clients from different parts of the U.S. & Canada.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are not micromanaged. We are hired as professionals and deliver on expectations without negative talk about our team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are incredibly dynamic and all have strong areas of expertise without the ego. Everyone has been very welcoming and make themselves available to help you succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to listen to your ideas, spend time collaborating, and encourage questions. I feel like I can be a contributor and not just an employee hired to do a single job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We won't react immediately to anything without considering how it might affect our people as a whole. We truly embody the "People First" mantra behind all of our initiatives and actively listen to all feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex time allows me to not feel guilty or stressed about fitting in a doctor's appointment in between meetings. My leadership trusts that I will get the work done both on time and with the same standard of quality!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have several different ways to have our voices heard -- from Ask Me Anything monthly meetings with our CEO to our Employee Resource Groups. They're always ready to roll their sleeves up and get in the trenches with the rest of their team.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is the first time in my entire career where my direct manager hasn't tried to belittle me or my team members in an effort to motivate us or drive sales. Working for Cliff Johnson has been a game changer to many of us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team looks out for one another. In Sales, there is always a fear that team members may take your deal. My experience here has been that we all look out for each other and give the deal to the territory owner without creating a toxic work environment. We work hard & celebrate wins together!
