All highly talented individuals that work hard to represent themselves, our team, and our company well in the eyes of our customers and consumers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and relatively clear communication on the company direction and future. The frequent AMAs and other meetings led by the ELT keep us updated on what's going on. Something not as prevalent in the past. Please keep it up!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Opportunities for a bonus as well as the new PTO policy. We can take time when we need it as long as we make sure our job duties are covered and our production stays up to speed. It is awesome our company has this level of trust in us to take care of the business and still have this freedom
