My pay has never gone up for inflation, and recently had the performance incentive removed.

They're making wise decisions to help the company grow while many others are hurting in this economy.

We leave our personal differences aside and get along like friends. I've never seen feuds or grudges.

Our role is mostly an individual role, but everyone is still willing to help one another if someone asks for help.

They haven't made any major failures or mistakes in recent history. A group of people doing a competent job is greater than the sum of its parts.
