Their transparency and openness when dealing with difficult issues and always having their employees as the number 1 priority.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because I bring in revenue for the company but I don't see any percentage of this revenue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along well and have bi-monthly social hours that help us unwind and get to know each other better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team's entire job is to bring money into the company and we bring in more and more each month. When the goal became too high we end up working twice as hard with less pay.
