Over my entire time with the company the experience has been fairly inconsistent, however, over the past few years the experience has gotten better and better. My direct manager has worked hard to help me build and grow my skills. I have also found multiple mentors within the company.

They truly uphold our company values, not just talk about them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The employee assistance program is a great benefit to have even if I have never used it, I like knowing it is there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a very diverse group of people on my team. They all have different strengths and weaknesses which has helped me learn and grow as the person managing them.
