I joined 5 years ago and was satisfied at the time. Under new leadership I am happier than I have ever been. Change is hard but needed at times. The company is doing a good job of putting the realtor 1st which resonates with our audience. We need to keep progressing and moving forward.

My team at this point in time having come together during COVID has become a family. We can count on and rely on one another to accomplish our goals and support one another along the way.

Everyday is unique in our role and we are in control of our attitude and our pace. We are key to the companies success and my team knows and understands that. We are seen as valuable and we are proud to be given the that chance and prove it day in and day out.
