
The support and how tight knit and genuine everybody is here. It is such a feel good type of place to work and it makes me want to stay here long term.
Any "specialty team" that we have should not be considered a lateral move. Those teams require extensive internal knowledge that an outsider of RDC could not and would not have in order to fulfill the teams different responsibilities. Specialty teams should come with some sort of pay raise.
