What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support and how tight knit and genuine everybody is here. It is such a feel good type of place to work and it makes me want to stay here long term.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any "specialty team" that we have should not be considered a lateral move. Those teams require extensive internal knowledge that an outsider of RDC could not and would not have in order to fulfill the teams different responsibilities. Specialty teams should come with some sort of pay raise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here is outstanding. Every person who holds a leadership role here is genuine, provides a safe space free of judgement, and truly has an interest in you as a person and employee. They want to see you succeed and help you do so. Our Leadership team cares
