The ability to learn new things. The ability to present improvement ideas and have my manager listen whether it can be implemented or not.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, I believe when you accept a position at the compensation provided, you should be satisfied. At each review period there is an increase and it is always fairly distributed as far as I can tell via the way it is distributed to my team. The bonus payouts show appreciation as well.
