I have met a lot of good people at this company. I think the company needs to focus on retaining their employees considering we lose too many people. Also the company needs to provide a road map or avenue for current employees to strive for other positions instead of providing no information.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have become an all around capable worker/leader in every regard. My discipline, social skills, and ability to multitask has all amplified since working here. However, the career advancement opportunities do not appear enough to move forward in your career. Very competitive to move up or sideways.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a productive day at work and meeting up with co-workers digitally to interact with them.

Being at the top of the leaderboard, having fun with my co-workers, and learning new skills that will benefit my future career.

We are a team and we bring each other up. We always support each other and I'm proud to meet such wonderful people.

They are real people who are trying their best to inspire and do what they can for their families. Everyone comes together on that goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who I meet at this company are the most positive thing for me. People come from all walks of life to meet here. It's interesting to hear their stories.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They think about the long-term strategy for the company and implement it well. They don't fold under external pressures. As a result, our company has exceeded it's revenue goal annually for several years now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation hasn't helped, the hourly pay being $15 matches the area. However, taking away meeting commissions is a slap to the paycheck. I think if they brought it back or raised the hourly rate to $18, it could level out.

Higher hourly compensation while still retaining other forms of compensation. Increased 401k contributions with less time period for stocks to be vested. More relevant benefits to help boost mental health and physical well being. More flexibility in terms of a 4-day workweek remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we try to utilize partnerships in the real estate industry to cover our bases. David is strategic and open to change. That helps the company be flexible if necessary especially in this ever changing time in real estate. Leadership also take feedback as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When you speak to a person that listens and provides feedback to help grow you as a person. That's a tool you can use to build yourself at this company and beyond. Also, the games we play to stay motivated long-term as a team. The friendships you make.
