The leadership team has been very communicative and makes it very clear what the company objectives are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High pay even if you are remote and not living in a high cost of living area. The bonus package is also generous on top of that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to solve problems that can make a huge positive impact on peoples lives. The problems are fun ones to solve - especially at the scale that we deal with. Teammates are skilled and happy to share knowledge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is really sharp, active, engaged, and compassionate. He is understanding when things come up and does a great job at thinking about things in the short, medium, and long term. The team is also diverse and engaged in trying to make a great product.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does a great job at acknowledging problems facing the engineering team and setting aside time to handle them properly. There are teams devoted towards enabling engineers to focus on doing a great job. Everyone is great at knowledge sharing and helping each other out.
