Everyone seems very driven by our mission. We all want to help the consumer find a home. We're also kind and respectful of one another.

I feel very challenged by the content of the work. I also feel valued and heard. My input matters and I'm encouraged to work on things I'm passionate about.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary was already negotiated at the low end of my band for my region, and it's precipitously decreased over the last year in comparison with the demand for my talent in the market and inflation.
