I feel like I was misled in the hiring process. While the compensation is fair, nearly everything else about my role is not what I expected. I am not sure how long I will be here.

I have been criticized for sharing ideas and taking initiative to help Realtor achieve its goals. This leaves me feeling unmotivated.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking action that aligns with their words. Too often leaders say things that are aspirational without putting plans and resources into place to enable action.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leaders need to align their actions with their words. Saying the company cares about diversity or fair housing but not taking action makes the words feel empty. I find the product teams is becoming increasingly political. It's very hard to get work done.
