Realtor.com is the most versatile company that I have ever worked for, and they go above & beyond to make sure that every employee is comfortable in their position, and to make sure that each & every employee knows their worth with positive feedback.
Being able to assist a consumer who is a First Time Home Buyer & doesn't understand the process trust me that by the time our conversation has ended that they know we have their best interest @ heart; and knowing that I assisted them in accomplishing a life changing event!
Our team is a group of 6 woman, who vary in age. And the support, energy, and idea's that we all bounce of one another is amazing to be a part of! We lift one another up when one of us is having a bad day & its like a second family!
I believe that the company has a reason for their metric's, but @ the end of the day when an employee is able to complete a large amount of transfers (no 2 are alike), then I feel that it could affect your dial's, but @ the end of the day isn't it our goal to assist the consumer with their goal
