What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a developed sense of respect in our mutual collaborations. I feel comfortable discussing client concerns, and trusting the outcome from their advise.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the high emphasis on FAMILY (Maternity leave, Bright Horizon, PTO) and Health (Grokker, Hinge Health, Insurance). I wish to have more than 40 days per year through the Bright Horizon network, although I am grateful for the compensation provided.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Concise in their decision making. Makes choices for the overall good of the company, while maintaining a discretionary and a non discriminatory approach when considering their employees. Direct shout out to David and Kat, the face of our leadership team, who holds the recipe for success.
