for the most part I enjoy working here. I feel that the connection with my staff has been great and we trust each other. I enjoy working from home and being able to be there for my son when he needs help. Financial it has paid the bills and the pay is decent

is being able to see my team grow and see them implement what I have showed them into action
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I wish there were a path for CSM's to go. I feel stuck in the position and feel the CSM2 is not the answer for CSM
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the coworkers are not skilled management and has a lot to learn about coaching and development. There is more to leadership then placing fear in someone to do better.
