It's been positive so far, but also changes very frequently. I've already experienced the transition of CPOs, re-org of product team, switched teams, gotten a new boss, seen the person who recruited me into RDC leave. It's been a lot of change. Lots of turnover here.

Ask me anythings make it feel like they're transparent with what's happening in the company. The leadership team addresses questions head on and welcomes all types of questions. I also like No Meeting Thursdays - seems like they advocate for getting quality focused time and mental space.
