The people here are all collaborative, open, and caring. I look forward to interacting with them everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is we can actually rely on our bonuses here. We set hard but achievable goals, so we usually reach them and do well enough for our bonuses to be funded each year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really do feel like it's inclusive. As a woman in tech, it's been hard to find a tech company that I feel respected and included. I feel like I'm really an integral part of the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they didn't have ridiculous long interview process. I was able to go through the interview process in only a few weeks, met a lot of great people, and they still made the time to answer all of my questions.
