Actually making the people who work here a priority instead of talkkng like they are. Real perks, real pay, real progresss towards real careers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not where it should be and yearly "raises" are just cost of living (and probably will be a pay cut again). Back up the "people are our foundation" talk. If you have to pay someone else more to replace me, you should be paying me more.
