there are a lot of areas to transfer to.

they keep pushing you forward and are someone to lean on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
getting more opportunities with other positions, it seems like other departments are only hiring and moving people up every 8mnths to a year. getting more agents so we are able to get more transfers. we will sit and wait for minutes for no agents to respond and then loose the consumer.
