be accepting of all age groups. i'm the oldest on my team and when they plan events, it seems to be events suited to their age groups
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I left a job making nearly $20 with commissions to come work for Realtor.com. I'm making less with commissions now than I did at the old company. I used to clear a bi-weekly check of nearly $3000. Here I'm barely clearing a bi-weekly check of $1500
