Fairly open transparency. Mostly good communication about big announcements. People are a key part of the overall mission. Focused on social impact initiatives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do try to create as much of a positive, fun culture as they can in a virtual environment, which is difficult these days for a company that was not remote-based previously.
