Our team has the best manager, he genuinely looks after a team of 20+ people, In addition to that, my team members are very smart and ambitious individuals who have helped me a lot along the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to inflation, the pricing of everything seems to have increased significantly over the last few years, but my salary has not not followed the same pattern, so I would like to get paid fairly by the company and get a raise.
