Getting paid and solving problems.

Super open and welcoming environment. Job performance is first, there's no discrimination of any kind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They shared the compa ration with everyone and we're at like .8's We should be at 1's. They need to be more open to remote work and let employees choose based on individual needs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Crossfunctional communication and inter-department projects do not go well. No one is in charge, the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. The ideas of the employees are not acted upon until they've been changed by management to something entirely different.
