When I found out that my Consumer Experience position wasn't something where I succeed, I immediately met with my manager, who suggested Customer Care. I applied and interviewed, and am now in training for Partner Support, and I love it!!

They are quick to respond if we need help, and seem to genuinely care about us as people.

My team is comprised of genuine people who aren't afraid to ask questions, and I love the way we help each other.

RDC treats people like people rather than numbers. RDC understands that everyone is different in what they may need to succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning, every day. Also love the fact that I can leave work at work, which makes my work/home balance so much more sustainable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical/Dental/Vision options, paid holidays and 2 floating days, ample vacation and sick time. Also love that I can get life insurance for my spouse.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We just became part of the larger team so I don't know a lot about them yet; however, the six of us in our training team provided interesting give and take in discussions, but work and family related.
