Experience has been significantly different from other companies. RDC needs some updating and flexibility for disabled employees 90 day wait for sick time is unrealistic for people w/chronic conditions. Other than that experience is going good.

The ability to work from home Wish we didn't have to compromise our scheduled breaks in the event we need the bathroom on "unscheduled time"

They are creating a more diverse team, this is crucial for others to feel accepted and welcomed and work at their full potential. There are negative reviews about flexibility for disabled employees, I hope this changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload and my experience this role should start at a minimum of $24.00 hourly. Fast food restaurants like IN AND OUT start inexperienced individuals at 19.50 an hour to make French fries and burgers along with other chains. Rdc generates substantial amount of revenue and can increase wages.
