There's been a few issues but overall it's been fine. Better than most companies i've worked with.

They're easy to get ahold of and reach out to. Most take feedback very well also.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all completely different so we bring different thoughts to the table, but we all work together beautifully.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment is relaxed and calm with my team. I don't want to come in and be stressed immediately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel CSR pay could be better. We deal with a wide range of people for up to 10 hours a day, it's mentally exhausting and to top that off, we get paid as much as a 16 year old at McDonald's.
