What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission structure is always changing to how the trends are going. They are always listening to our concerns and answering our questions. There is always clear transparency on what changes are happening and why they are happening.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super! I always know if I need anything I can message them and they'd be ready to help. They are always there to hype us up on our highs and keep our spirits up on our lows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has been very positive. I know that many higher ups have made themselves available to us. My manager is always there to have 1 on 1's with us to make sure we are on a path to move up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working at realtor.com has been so amazing. Everyone here from the CEO to my managers actually care and listen to us as employees. There is always transparency about what's happening within the company. Managers have been so amazing to treat us as people and make sure we have resources to succeed.
