I have been with RDC for over a year and really enjoy working here. Besides the pay being low the only other downside is the medical benefits. I pay for the highest plan but still pay a lot out of pocket for doctor visits and tests.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to previous positions and the amount of work I do I feel like I am being underpaid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate how accepting everyone at the company is and the company being openminded. As a gay man I do wish that the company was more involved in local LGBT community events.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am being under paid and the medial benefits do not match other to what I have received at other companies. I am paying more at the doctor office then I have ever paid.
