The positivity comes from the top which is nice because it brings up the morale of the entire team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they are always there to help you be successful in your role. They also are not afraid to jump in and help when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe for the job and what you deal with on a daily basis that employees should be getting way more. Customer service isn't easy and making a little more would definitely help.
