We have been letting management know of issues our team has been facing for months and have been ignored. My team started a year ago with a manager and 11 people and now we're down to 5 people and no manager. We're told how important we are but RDC continues to prove they do not care about us at all

Sometimes our manager would send us door dash gift cards when we had a manager

We literally have not had a manager for 2 months and nobody from upper management speaks to us or tell us what's happening

Pay your employees fairly and take their complaints seriously. We have been waving red flags for months and nobody has listened to us and now we're all about to quit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
benefits seem so low compared to other companies. PTO, perks, base salary are better at almost every single company reaching out to me on LinkedIn. Pay people fairly and stop giving excuses like "we're evaluating the situation" for months on end
