If everyone was motivated to like their job, they would be in higher spirits and not be so negative all the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we can't even afford to live in the city we work in. A $1 raise isn't helping to contribute in the way that austin residents need. Also, we don't even get a full percent of closings, even when working with the company over a year.
